Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product

Joeb Basics operates using a dropshipping fulfillment method. This means products may be shipped directly
from our suppliers or manufacturing partners.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including
customs delays, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow
a few days for tracking information to update.
Delays
Joeb Basics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
such as weather or global disruptions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Joeb Basics is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the
shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Joeb Basics is not responsible for
orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already
be in processing and cannot be changed.
